How long does it take to pair the GEO+ ISBW422G speakers together (Party Mode)?
GEO+ speakers are designed to auto pair out of the box, making set up super easy, you may need to wait up to 5 to 7 seconds for the speakers to pair together.
Can I use the GEO+ ISBW422G speakers right out of the box?
Most should come with a small charge, but it is recommended to fully charge the speakers before use. Approximately 4 hours is recommended. The light will be solid red until the charge is complete and will turn off when the charging is complete.
How do you charge the speakers?
You can use the Micro-USB cables that are provided with the speakers, then use a UL Certified 5V/2A charging brick. You can reach out to [email protected] if you need to purchase a charging brick.
How do I achieve optimal audio quality?
It is recommended to use the GEO+ ISBW422G speakers on solid surfaces for optimal use and bass effectiveness.
Do I need to unpair the GEO+ ISBW422G speakers before pairing them to a new device?
Yes, if you do not unpair speakers from the current device, ISBW422G will not show up in a list of Bluetooth available devices and will not pair to a new device. You can unpair from the speakers by deselecting them on your mobile device in the Bluetooth settings.
Will the GEO+ ISBW422G speakers use more power at higher volumes?
Yes, the approximate battery life is 9 hours at 50% volume, so at higher volumes, the battery could drain faster.
Are the GEO+ ISBW422G speakers waterproof?
Geo Speakers has a rating of IPX-5, which means the speakers can handle low-pressure water streams from any angle. This means light to moderate rain/sprinklers. The speakers cannot be fully exposed to moisture for extended periods. If water or moisture settles or freezes in the speakers it can damage them.
Why doesn’t the second speaker work with Aux In?
Your device will only play from the speaker that you have connected to using a 3.5mm Aux In cable when using Aux In. You will have to repair the speakers together when you are ready t switch back to Bluetooth.
Can the GEO+ ISBW422G speakers pair with more than 2 speakers at a time?
Not at this, but we are working on an offering in the future that will allow you to connect more than 2 speakers at a time.
