Can I plug an external Subwoofer into the Soundbar?
Yes, you can use an external subwoofer with this soundbar. You will need another RCA Cable (not included) to connect the subwoofer to the Subwoofer Output on the back of the Soundbar. No need to change any setting or be on a specific source for the Subwoofer to work.
Can I turn off/on voice prompts for the unit?
Yes, you can do so if you have Version ID 2701. The volume of the voice prompts cannot be changed but you are to turn off the Voice Prompts by pressing and holding Music button for 5 seconds.
