How do I turn the massager on and off?
Press and hold the Power button to turn the massager on. Press the Power button once to turn it off
Why won’t the massager turn on?
Make sure the battery is charged. Plug in the power cord and allow the unit to charge before trying again
Why did the massager shut off while I was using it?
This can happen for three reasons:
The battery ran out and needs to be recharged
The unit overheated and powered off for safety (allow it to cool before restarting)
The 15-minute auto-shutoff timer was reached
How long does the battery last?
A full charge provides approximately 45 minutes of use, divided into three 15-minute sessions
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
Charging takes approximately 5.5 hours using the included USB-C to USB cable
Can I use the massager while it’s charging?
No. The massager cannot operate while charging
What do the LED indicator colors mean?
Red: Charging
