WHAT TYPE OF ADAPTER SHOULD I USE TO POWER THIS UNIT?
Minimum 5V 2A (10W) or 5V 2.4A (12W) adapter is needed for this unit to work properly.
18W adapter such as 6V 3A, 9V 2A, 12V 1.5A or QC3.0 adaptor is needed for fast wireless charging.
THE UV LIGHT IS NOT WORKING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Make sure the adaptor is min 5V 2A (10W). If you’re using a 5V 1A (5W) adaptor, wireless charging and UV light sanitizing won't work together.
If you use the unit with a 5V 1A power adapter, place your phone in the unit with the screen facing down to use UV light sanitizing; and place your phone in the unit with the screen facing up to use wireless charging.
