MY UKULELE WON’T STAY IN TUNE, IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG?
Due to the soft nature of nylon strings, they may take some breaking in to stay in tune. As with most string instruments, you will need to stretch new strings regularly until they reach the point at which they will stay in tune.
You can stretch the strings by tuning them, then gently pull them away from the fretboard. The string will go flat, and you’ll need to tune it back up. Repeat this process until stretching the strings no longer makes them go flat.
