How do I charge the speaker?

Plug the USB-C charging cable into the speaker and connect it to a powered computer or USB power adapter (not included). Charging takes approximately 4 hours

How can I tell when the speaker is fully charged?

While charging, the Charging LED Indicator will glow red. When charging is complete, the LED indicator will turn off

How long does the battery last?

The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 9 hours of playtime at 50% volume

How do I turn the speaker on or off?

Press and hold the Power/Pair button to power the speaker on or off

How do I pair the speaker with a Bluetooth device?

When powered on, the speaker automatically enters Bluetooth mode. On your device, search for available Bluetooth devices and select ISBW402. A voice prompt will confirm when pairing is successful

How do I manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode?

Press the Power/Pair button three (3) times. A voice prompt will signal that the speaker is ready to pair

What is Auracast and how do I use it?

Auracast allows multiple ISBW402 speakers to play audio together. Connect one speaker to your Bluetooth device as the primary speaker, then press the Power/Pair button twice on additional ISBW402 speakers to connect them. A voice prompt will confirm when speakers are connected

Can I control all connected speakers at once?

Yes. Playback and volume are controlled from the primary speaker. Turning off the primary speaker will power off all connected speakers

Does the speaker have an AUX input?

Yes. The speaker includes an Aux In port and requires a 3.5mm audio cable (not included). When connected, the speaker will automatically switch to Aux mode

Is the speaker waterproof?

The speaker is rated IPX5, meaning it can withstand low-pressure water exposure from any direction. It is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy or pooling rain for best results
