Heart Rate Inaccuracy?
Please make sure you complete and filled your Profile correct on APP before testing, it will be more accurate.
If it's the first time to testing HR on bracelet, the number is not accurate, and it will be more and more accurate as testing times increased.
Data will be updated in real time when you are in static situation. Data will fluctuate when you are doing an activity. While doing an activity the bracelet will monitor your heart functions, it does so for 40 seconds, and at the end of that period it vibrates.

To get heart rate again while in the have to "refresh" the screen by tapping the function button to cycle through the other screens to get back to the heart function screens, where it would restart the 40 second monitoring process.
The bracelet will stop the measurement automatically under certain exercise conditions, the bracelet will vibrate when the measurement stops.
The data that is provided on the device should be used as a general guide and not an actual reading for a heart rate, blood pressure or blood oxygen. One’s degree of activity and level of perspiration can impact the device causing fluctuations in the readout.
Power Off

How can I change the units from km to miles for the distance tracker?
Using the app on your smartphone, register an account if you don't have one
Log in to your account
Click on "me" then, "Personal Information"
Distance unit can be founded at the bottom of the page
I don't have an option to change the distance unit from km to mi, what can I do?
Connect the device to the Fit Pro App, and choose OTA to upgrade in the setting menu to download and install the new firmware, this will take 2~3 mins (IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DEVICE HAS BEEN FULLY CHARGED, IT WOULD CAUSE THE DEVICE TO DIE IF THE OTA STOPPED DUE TO LOW BATTERY)
After the OTA upgrade is done, the device will restart automatically and connect, and the new firmware version is V05157 while the old one is V01039
