My headphone speakers will not power ON?

Make sure you have charged the headphones for a min of 3 hours using the provided micro-USB cable. Press the Play/Pair button to power ON.

How do I pair my device to these headphones?

With the headphones powered off, press and hold the Power/Pair button for 4-5 seconds
Thye LED light will flash Red and Blue
From your device (smartphone, tablet, computer) search for IAKB45 and select.
Once paired the LED light will light solid blue

Can I wash this hat?

Yes the hat is machine washable but first you must remove the two speakers and control box from the hat.
