Is the subwoofer wireless? If yes, how can I connect the subwoofer to the soundbar?
Yes, the subwoofer is wireless.
Power ON the subwoofer while the sound bar is ON. The subwoofer will now automatically begin connecting to the sound bar.
When the subwoofer has connected to the sound bar the Connect LED indicator will turn solid blue. When audio is played through any source, the speaker will automatically use the connected subwoofer.
If the connection has failed or is lost, the indicator will turn off. Power OFF the subwoofer and power it ON again to try reconnecting.
NOTE: To reduce unwanted vibration, try placing the subwoofer on a solid or padded surface, such as the floor or carpet.
What do the different Indicator Lights mean?
Power Off – Red light
Bluetooth Standby/ Pairing – Slow/Quick Flashing Blue Light
Optical Mode – Orange Light
Aux In (RCA) Mode – White Light
Line In Mode – Green Light
What type of connections does the Soundbar have?
The Soundbar can use Optical Input, RCA Input, Line In, and Bluetooth Connection. The Soundbar comes with the Optical Cable only.
Can I turn off/on voice prompts for the unit?
Yes, you can do so if you have Version ID 2702. The volume of the voice prompts cannot be changed but you are to turn off the Voice Prompts by pressing and holding Music button for 5 seconds.

Disappointment
I recently upgraded to the 37" after having a 32" iLive sound bar for about two years. I was very happy with the 32" and was excited when my new sound bar arrived but with in the first five minutes it was cutting in and out. I tried to look for troubleshooting options online and solutions were hard to find. After finally finding some I made sure that the optical output on the tv was set to PCM, which it was. I tried switching out the optical cord but that didn't help. I tried shutting both the tv and sound bar off for 15 seconds, I thought that fixed it but now when it's a quiet part the sound bar will cut out/in. It sounds great, I just wish it wouldn't cut in and out.

Worked Great ... At First
I bought this soundbar and subwoofer for myself for Christmas. I set everything up per instructions. The optical input at first worked but would cut out here and there. Now just won't connect at all. The bluetooth suffered the same fate with the tv, though I can still play music through other bluetooth devices. Sounds great when it works, unfortunately it cuts out so bad that it isn't even tolerable to listen. Getting customer support is almost as bad.

Awesome Sound
This speaker and Subwoofer work very well. It sounds awesome. It almost sounds like you're in a live performance. I love how you can manually change the Bass or Treble with the controller. I also love that the controller has Music, Movie and Dialog buttons to easy change the sound depending on what you are doing. The speaker was really easy to set up and Bluetooth it to my phone. The only thing I did not like about this sound bar, is it didn't have the right type of connections to connect it to my laptop, and the Bluetooth on my laptop isn't working, So I am unable to connect it to my laptop. Overall this is a great speaker and subwoofer, and I would recommend it.

Talk about everything you need! This sound bar comes with literally everything you could possibly need! From the cables to the wall mount kit! We were not this lucky with our last soundbar! We had to buy all the extras! Always...this was super easy to set up to our tv, which was nice! With other brands it too a few minutes! It comes with a remote, which makes things so much easier when controlling! But, if you have a firestick, you should be able to pair and control it with the firestick! The quality was honestly surprisingly good! We honestly werent expecting much, but it really proved us wrong! The subwoofer definitely adds a good touch to it for the bells! All in all, We are very pleased with the soundbar!

A nice upgrade from built in tv speakers
I've been shopping for a sound bar for some time. I saw this on sale and thought it would be worth a try. It's definitely a major step up from stock tv speakers but for my audiophile ears, the sound is a bit too processed sounding no matter how much i adjust the controls. This would be a great soundbar for anyone that needs to upgrade from their tv speakers but needs to be respectful of the neighbors on the other side of the shared living space wall. I recommend this iLive system for anyone in an apartment or condo!

Great Purchase
I bought this sound bar last week after months of shopping for "thee perfect soundbar" I was very hesitant to buy because I wasn't for sure the sound would be great and if it will work with my tv. After the easy setup, I was blasting clear sounding music and watching movies with "surround sound" very glad I decided to purchase.

Sound bar and subwoofer needs to be close
Fairly standard sound bar with subwoofer. Subwoofer syncs with bar via bluetooth. Both bar and subwoofer has identical AC power adapters. Sound bar allows input via Bluetooth, RCA, minijack, and optical. Sound quality of bar is good. Treble and mids could be a bit more crisp, but still sounds good. Bass has enough oomph. Main problem we have with the setup is the subwoofer range. When the subwoofer is placed behind a dresser, which is about 15 feet away from the soundbar, the bluetooth connection gets dropped intermittently. The bass will cut out for a few seconds and come back several times during the same song. The problem resolved when the subwoofer is brought closer to the bar and without obstruction from furniture. This may be a problem for larger and more cluttered rooms.

Great Features
I recieved this as a gift and love it! The only drawback is that it doesn't have an auto-standby feature to save power. Other than that great sound and easy to use and connect.
