I have only had this speaker for 2 months and the damn thing won't come on any more.
The LCD display is just flashing, no lonher shows the time. I can't even take it back to FYE because it's past 30 days. Essentially it is $80 wasted
Got it for my wife as a Christmas gift. Mounted easily. Turned on and worked he first few days, then stopped working. I unplugged and plugged back in and it worked fine for another couple weeks. It's now Jan 22 and the radio has stopped working completly. Tried everything. No luck. Can't return because over 30 days. And no info on a warranty??
I bought the item second hand so it didnt come with the wall mount :( but I have to say it is a Really Good sound bar its loud easy to use and the satellite speakers are WIRELESS wow it is great and you can hook up a subwoofer! I have seen other producys that are very similar for WAY more than this price so if you want a good soundbar with surround sound and wireless speakers and who doesnt this is it! The only thing I can say thats bad is the soundbar sounds a little like it has an echo but ive only had it for a day so maybe i can mess around with some settings or maybe its the position i have it in my living room idk. Also woth the subwoofer I can feel it rumble my upstairs floor WOW!
We received this item as a wedding gift from a family member in May of 2016. At the end of November, the sound bar suddenly stopped working. After getting contact with the manufacturer, I followed all the necessary steps to return the item as it was defective. I shipped the item through UPS as instructed (ground shipping) and it cost me $47.00. I contacted several supervisors through the manufacturer looking into a refund for my shipping costs. No one ever got back to me, and finally after weeks of calling and getting status updates, today, a supervisor tells me, that it's policy for the customer to pay one-way shipping and they won't refund my money. I was never informed that I was going to have to pay shipping, nor be refunded my shipping. The supervisor proceeded to tell me that they had made exceptions on my behalf. They said I had no receipt (which they had a proof of purchase on file after I sent it to them and that I was out of warranty.) The supervisor told me that warranty is a year, so I was clearly far less than a year, so no exceptions had been made on my behalf. He kept repeating to me that it was their policy for customers to pay one-way shipping. I informed him that this baits your customers because if they want their DEFECTIVE item replaced, they have to pay for shipping and that it's horrible customer service. I would not recommend using the manufacturer (Digital Products International) to anyone as their customer service is terrible and they trap customers with false lies and crappy products.
I worked great for a week! Radio, CD, Bluetooth all worked good. Then one day while using my phone to stream music it quit. I turned it off then back on and it would come on for a second then the display would go dark and nothing would work. Tried everything. finally I took it back and exchanged it. Hope number two will last longer.?not much bass, with no tone adjustment.underside, the display is hard to read at all angles.
