I just bought these and I was really excited because I have heard positive reviews from other users. Unfortunately, my pair wouldn't work for me and I will be returning them. I charged them but it seems that even after doing that, the headphones only worked (paired with my phone and played music) when they were plugged into my laptop.
I also noticed that the LED light that was supposed to come on indicating it was charging did not come one at all. So sad I have to return them. All I want is a good pair of Bluetooth over the ear headphones. Back to the drawing board.
These worked for me when I first got them after the initial charge. When I tried to charge again, I got a flashing red light and they have stopped working, maybe not taking a charge? Cannot get them to do anything. I have only had these maybe 2 weeks
Not sure why but my headset turns off by itself frequently. Maybe if this issue gets resolved, it would get a higher rating. Battery life is good, clear audio & nice portability but I would like it to be more reliable :(
I ordered these as a gift for my son. We only charged them a couple of times everything seemed to be OK. he liked them, I liked the quiet. Last time I tried to charge them for him all we get is the red light, they will not charge. Disappointed to have wasted the money on them.
They worked great for music, range wasn't to horrible.. But after taking them off and going to sleep I woke up and turned them on to find "Low Battery" being sounded in my ear. I plugged them in and they wont charge the red light just blinks when plugged in, they wont turn on either.
I just bought a pair of these this afternoon from a mall in Orlando Florida after a friend of mine has been telling me for months how much he loves his.
Once I got home, I spent nearly a half hour getting them to connect to my computer, though I suspect the unwillingness to connect might have been more a fault of my computer. However, once I did get them connected I was disappointed to find that the right ear bud did not deliver consistent sound due to what I have to assume is a faulty wire.
I intend to contact the company to seek a replacement, and if they can work everything out I would be more than happy with the product.
After hours of trying to connect these to my W10 laptop, I gave up. Returned for another pair, same issue. Third pair by a diff manufacturer and immediate connection, no issues.
Direct connection with provided wire worked, although they are not loud at all.
Battery does not last longer than an hour even after charging headphones for hours. Have only purchased them a month ago and now they won't even turn on. No blue light, no red light, nothing. Currently own ILive sound bars (multiple) and have been great! This is disappointing.
